Louisa started her career in media, working for business press, and the Independent newspaper. She joined her father’s printing business, Richard Edward Limited in 2002, redesigning the strategic direction of the company, and leading the change management and transformation programme that saw an ailing business restored to growth, profit, and enabled the desired exit of the business by sale to a global competitor in May 2011. Louisa now owns a consulting business, Evolve Consult which she began in 2005. She believes that understanding strategy and the realities of implementation, particularly the quick, fast paced decisions required, is key to success in the future. Louisa delivers strategic planning consulting, marketing communications development, coaching and mentoring interventions with a range of clients in various sectors. Her corporate clients include Grant Thornton, Goldman Sachs, WEConnect International, University of East London, Electric Ireland and Barclaycard. However, she is particularly excited by working with SME’s and is engaged with various consulting assignments with organisations in a diverse range of sectors. Louisa graduated from Ashridge Business School in May 2011, and was listed in the Management Today/Sunday Times ’35 women under 35’. She is mum to Aimee (6) and Heidi (3)
Ewan is Head of Bizcrowd for Royal Bank of Scotland. He’s also founder of Mobile Industry Review, which delivers news and perspective for 250,000 executives in the mobile industry. Ewan is an entrepreneur, early stage investor and regular speaker.
