Trade Mission to Russia: Moscow

London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) is leading a trade mission to Moscow on Monday 17 June – Wednesday 20 June 2013.

The mission will be led by European Commission Vice President, Antonio Tajani, as part of his ‘missions for growth’ campaign. Companies attending the mission will benefit from the publicity it attracts, as well as access to networking receptions and B2B with companies and politicians.

Businesses interested in meeting with entrepreneurs from the UK’s fastest growing major export market should consider applying. The travel package is currently being negotiated but it is estimated this will cost approx. £1,050. Travel grants are available for SMEs based in London.

Make It Global launches in Europe

 

 

Last month, the Make It Global team attended EBN’s Annual Policy Conference in Brussels to formally launch the project in Europe. 2013_03_20_EBN_w-001

The event was attended by over 180 delegates from across the world who heard from Laurence de Richemont, Adviser for Industry and Entrepreneurship at the Cabinet of President Barroso and Maria Graça da Carvalho, a Member of the European Parliament.  The event was a chance for members of the EBN network, entrepreneurs and their supporters to share ideas, challenges and experiences.

The Make It Global team gave a presentation about the project to encourage other members of the EBN network to support London’s women entrepreneurs to Make It Global.
